Thank-You!

Norma and I wish to say THANKS! to the following people who have contributed some of their time in helping us through the home buying process. We're not there yet, but with your help, we're getting there!

Peter and Shannon Kristeller - The best do-it-yourself home builders I know! Thanks for lending us your experience with every aspect.

Chris Van Dyck - thanks for your general help and observations, tax ideas, and knowledge on what to do with rental opportunities

Brent Sass - THE authority in Fairbanks on log homes! Thanks for stopping by and looking at the windows and the logs.

Tommy Wa - Tom advised me on "hot roofs" and "cold roofs", which made me look real impressive in front of the home inspector when we discussed the roof. I was, like, you know, talkin' the lingo!

PAIR: Joe, Shannon (again!), Yvonne, Jana and Colleen - thanks for the support!

Sonja Kawasaki - um, what did you do again? Oh yeah - evaluated the house for party potential! Hot dog!

Gwen White - for the advanced warnings and nightmarish stories

Jeff Swartz - Someone who had nothing but kind things to say about living in the city.

Russ O'Hare - for your most excellent wife!

Lee O'Hare - It's tough to find an agent who is willing to put in the time and energy and genuine care and concern with first-time home buyers. Thank-you for all your time and all that you've done!!!

The Folks at Century21 Gold Rush - Hank Bartos keeps good company.

Ms. Anne Forkel - you have to thank the bank - er - credit union! Thanks for your maticulous attention and professionalism!

Mr. Terry Duszynski - No one made me feel more confident in buying this house than our home inspector. Thanks!

Mike Hayes and Ben Andrews - Ben verified the absence of active volcanos on the property. Mike could not confirm nor deny the existance of any stratigraphic folds given the limited exposure. Both gave the thumbs-up on potato potential.

Patrick Denny - for general observations and offering to plant the pansies.

and of course MOM! for giving birth to the comedian (that's what she said! Maybe I should be a comedian - at least I have one fan!)
